EXCHANGE POLICY

• Free shipping shall apply for replacement in the cases of incorrect or defective orders.
• For size or product exchanges, customers shall bear two-way shipping fees.
• Requests for exchange must be made within 3 days of receipt.
• Products must remain unused, unwashed, unstained, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
• Exchange and return are not applicable for promotional items.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange under this policy.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Dry in a cool, shaded place to prevent color fading.
• Iron inside out at a suitable temperature for each fabric type; avoid high heat to protect the material.
